to Business Units in the areas of assurance, compliance, gap remediation
and reporting for business resumption planning, disaster recovery
planning, incident response and records management. May participate
in developing new processes and/ore lead small projects.
Participates in quality reviews.
Basic Qualifications: Risk Management or Computer
Science/MIS related college degree or its equivalent: 3 years related
work experience. Strong working knowledge of business continuity and risk
management concepts and processes. Professional communication
skills. Established relationship building and partnering
skills.
Preferred: Good teamwork, responsiveness
and ability to interact across the business. Basic understanding of
disaster recovery principles. Experience LDRPS planning
software. Mortgage experience
preferred.

GENERAL EXPERIENCE: 3 years experience in administrative, technical or investigative work which demonstrates the ability and aptitudes required to perform technical, Managerial or analytical work involving management information systems.
OR
SUBSTITUTION OF EXPERIENCE FOR EDUCATION: A 4 year bachelor's degree in a business/information systems discipline for three years of general experience.
AND
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Minimum of three years experience in at least two of the following:
*Use of a BC/DR tool enterprise wide and maintain BC/DR Plans.
*Conducting an operational analysis / business impact analysis;
*Conducting Table Top Exercises and Disaster Recovery Drills;
*IT systems Project management;
*Retail IT operations support.
